Experience the magic that happens when Lone Star products fall into the hands of talented Texas chefs at From Market to Menu events. The Texas Department of Agriculture is partnering with farmers markets across the state to support local producers and Texas restaurants. GO TEXAN restaurant chefs will prepare fresh products during cooking demonstrations at select Texas farmers markets between May and August.
