Establishments that are members of the Texas Department of Agriculture’s GO TEXAN Restaurant Program can sign up to participate in the GO TEXAN Restaurant Round-Up Sept. 27–Oct. 1, 2010, kicking off Texas Wine Month.

During that week, participating establishments can commit to give patrons a special Texas dining experience and pledge to donate a portion of meal proceeds to a local food bank.

Participation has its benefits! TDA will promote this event and your establishment with:

• statewide advertisements in publications such as Texas Monthly;
• GO TEXAN Restaurant Round-Up posters for you to display prior to the event;
• save-the-date items to distribute to your customers reminding them to come back during the Round-Up;
• downloadable menu templates so you may highlight your featured Texas menu items; and
• GO TEXAN promotional items such as wine glasses for restaurants featuring Texas wine or bumper stickers for distribution to patrons.
